We would like to introduce a case where we switched to the "FloMax Nozzle Lance" at a thermal power plant. At this location, the high frequency of nozzle maintenance was a problem, and two workers were performing the dangerous task of removing dried slurry that had accumulated in the nozzles for up to three hours every day. After the introduction, we successfully reduced costs by approximately 15 million yen annually due to a decrease in the consumption of compressed air used for injecting lime slurry.
